Before your stay

If you have the slightest doubt as to your state of health or against time: Rest assured, the cancellation of your reservation at the flexible rate is possible free of charge until 12:00 p.m. the day before your arrival.

If you have booked a non-cancellable and non-refundable rate on our website: We can offer you the postponement free of charge within three months of the date of your planned stay. And this up to 3 days before the date of your stay.

If you booked your stay through another platform (Expedia, Booking, Mr & Mrs Smith):

We invite you to contact the platform you used to make your reservation directly and thus inform you of their cancellation or modification policies.

During your stay

Our team is trained and rigorously applies reinforced procedures for everyone's safety.

Hand sanitizer is visible and available in all our spaces.

Our entire team wears the mask at all times and will keep the necessary distance for your safety and ours.

We ask that you wear the protective mask during all your trips within our establishment as well.

In our catering area, you will be able to remove your protective mask as soon as we have placed you at your table.

We have intensified the cleaning protocol and regularly disinfect our spaces, paying particular attention to contact areas such as door handles, elevators, stair railings, etc.

Our rooms are fully cleaned after each departure and depending on availability remain unoccupied at least 24 hours before your arrival.

In order to limit interventions in your room, the recoating service will be available only on request from our reception.
